Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry visited Lakeshore Technical College culinary lab to further understand the consumer viewpoint of All American Pressure Canner 921 made right here in Manitowoc WI. The energy in the room was contagious during the process of canning of 125lbs of chicken. Thank you Ernie Racenet, and Tammy Beringer for coordinating a wonderful learning opportunity. I am truly grateful for the wonderful partnership between WAF and LTC.
